A beautifully hand-thrown signed studio pottery jug by British potter Mary Chappelhow from her 2017  "Winter White" collection,' featuring an unusual diagonal handle and expressive layered glaze. The pale stoneware is softened by a milky white flowing glaze that runs and pools across the surface, with areas of clear glaze revealing warm natural clay tones and throwing lines, enhancing it's handmade quality. Maker's mark inscribed to the base.
