Returns policy

We do our best to ensure our customers are excited and happy with their items. We are a small business and will deal with returns on an individual basis.

Please email us within 14 days of receiving your item at returns@re-curated.co.uk with your reason for return.

Goods that have arrived damaged

​

If you find yourself in the unfortunate position that your item(s) has arrived damaged during transit, please ensure that you take a photograph of the packaging and damage and email it to us at returns@re-curated.co.uk within 48hrs of receipt and we will arrange a refund once we receive the item back.

Changed your mind?

​

That’s OK. Please notify us at returns@re-curated.co.uk within 14 days of receipt and you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back. Returns will be at your own expense and risk. We advise you use an insured carrier service. Let us know you're making a return so that we can keep an eye out for your parcel and let you know it’s arrived safely.

Product(s) must be returned undamaged and in the same condition in which they were sold. Once we receive your returned item(s) back, we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. Once your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method, including the original (standard) cost of getting the item(s) to you in the first place, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

We are always happy to receive returns but we reserve the right to deny a return if we do not think the return is within reason.
