Postage policy

Our items are sent via Royal Mail with tracked delivery and insurance cover. We take great care to ensure all items are packaged well for their onward journey. We adhere to this policy to protect both you, our customer and ourselves from any damage or dare we say, lost-in-post situations. Using tracked postage with photograph of delivery is a reflection of this. We don’t profit from this policy - it’s simply our way of giving you peace of mind and ensuring each item arrives safely, ready to be cherished as an heirloom for many years to come.

Combined postage

We are happy to combine postage for multiple items. Once you’ve placed everything in your basket, the postage will be calculated based on weight and size, rather than lots of individual items.
